I brought my car in because I received a recall notice. I have no complaints about the work done on my car but I think 2 hours a long time to wait for it to be done. I think a better scheduling system would eliminate so many cars coming in at the same time. Should only be about an hour wait time for most services unless there is a major repair being done.
